Rustic and cozy house in Morro do Canta Galo from where you have a paradisiacal view of the sea. Wake up and look at the sea without raising the head of the pillow is priceless. And no borrachudos! There are many on the island, but they barely frequent the house. It is comfortable for 2 people, one more being possible. The bathroom is large and the kitchen has enough for preparing meals. The living room with fabric sofas and the wood deck complete the cosiness. It is not isolated, but it is exclusive to anyone who is in it.

This house in a privileged location is 800 meters from the historic center, 300 meters from Saco da Capela beach and the trendy Sea Club. Several beach kiosks with full infrastructure, bar and toilets. Reference point for great restaurants. Supermarket 150 meters away. Bike path and easy access to any point in the city. My place is near Beaches, Diving Spot, Tennis Court, Soccer, Pier Fishing, etc.... Capacity for 12 Guests. The house has an exclusive pool, with lighting, hydro, heating (optional, separate), integrated sauna, all next to the Deck, overlooking the sea, next to the barbecue, forming an excellent leisure area, with a table to serve everyone and 4 sun loungers. At the pier, there is an excellent place to dive and see turtles, countless fish and stingrays.
