Les Ardents, charming cottage with garden

Near the Morvan, between Beaune and Autun, come and enjoy a break in southern Burgundy. In a quiet village with its private garden, the cottage is the former rectory of the church of Sully, we have preserved its period floor tiles and provided all modern comforts with a recent restoration. You will be 100m from the magnificent castle of Sully, 15 minutes from Autun la romaine, 15 minutes from Nolay to discover the high hills of Beaune. Bref, a charming and beautiful relaxing "gîte".

Passionate about my area, the gardening and the restoration of my property, I would be delighted to welcome my guests in the old bakery (with vestige of the bread oven) of my former rectory transformed into a charming little house with all the necessary comforts (queen size bed) embellished with a nice terrace overlooking Autun and its cathedral. BREAKFAST INCLUDED (very rare). The house is located in a very quiet small valley near the historic town of BEAUNE. From the village you will visit the world-renowned vineyards as well as the Route des Grands Crus. Nearby you will discover the historic sites of Clunysois, Tournus, the route of the Romanesque Churches, the many castles or the Morvan Natural Park. Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

At the crossroads of Santenay, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and the Maranges Valley, this charming 17th century winemaker's home will comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children over 12 years old. Located amid vineyards, you will appreciate its calm, authenticity, pool, gardens and magnificent view. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.

In a green setting of the surrounding countryside of Autun, a Gallo-Roman town renowned for its cathedral, historical monuments, museum, lake, golf, tennis and not far from the archaeological site of Bibracte. You can also take beautiful bike rides (greenways nearby) or in the forest. We are close to the Wine Route. You will be won over by the charm of this welcoming, quiet and relaxing place.
