A newly remodeled guest suite features an exposed brick fireplace and more classic details, offset by neutral, relaxing hues and organically refined accents. The open-plan suite is roomy and airy, with plenty of natural light and room for 4 guests. Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocol has been implemented. A large suite with large bathroom and large closet, fire place, hardwood floors and tons of bright light located on the ground floor of the main house with private entrance, breakfast/dining area that seats four and sitting area for watching TV. Queen size pillow top bed and a queen size Sofa-Bed with Air Mattress pillow top. The unit includes large counter kitchen with mini refrigerator, KEURIG coffeemaker, microwave, Hot-plate and fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots & pans. The house has central Air condition/heater, free Wifi, 50” wall mounted TV with DirecTV, Apple-TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Easy access from the side of the house, through a very spacious well-lit walkway with outside sitting area and private keyless entrance (code provided by owner). Located on the westside of LA, Cheviot Hills is a quiet, centrally located neighborhood close to Century City, Beverly Hills, Westwood, and Culver City. Within walking distance to the Metro, for easy access to Santa Monica, Venice, USC, UCLA, and Downtown. Located within walking distance (1 mile) to Fox Studios and Metro Expo line for a quick ride to Downtown LA, USC and Santa Monica. • We have two adult dogs and occasional barking may occur.

New queen memory foam bed and new convertible full size couch sleep up to 3 comfortably. Fridge, microwave and kurig coffee maker with all the fixings provided. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

You’ll love my tiny loft, Jr. suite! (Around 250 sq ft) Super cozy with a large private outdoor patio for dining, drinks and unwinding. It’s a very quiet neighborhood w/free parking. Great for working professionals, single travelers, friends (there are two beds!) or couples.Just 1.5 miles to the beach and 3.4 miles to LAX. Perched on the 2nd floor, our place feels like a getaway in itself. Completely private with views of a well-manicured garden. Walking distance to The Mar Vista Farmer's Market, a pedestrian-friendly area on Venice Blvd. that features both casual and formal dining, coffee, gift, vintage record and clothing shops. We have a beautiful private room with a private full bathroom, walk-in closet and a separate entrance. We are less than 10 min away from LAX and just over 1 mile away from the beach. We have an incredible location with restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also have plenty of street parking available right outside our place.
