SEA VIEWS & SOUND OF WAVES "wifi"

Greetings from Cubelles!! This is an apartment provided with excellent sea views, located in front of the sea! It has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds wich can be put together to get one double bed, in the living there is a confortable sofa which turns into a double bed. The marriage bedroom disposes of directs views towards the sea and views towards the people walking on the maritime path. The bathroom has got a bath and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave-oven and other necessary tools for you to use during your stay in our apartment! The kitchen is directly linked to the living room, where we find an amazing folding leather sofa and a Led TV of 42 pulgates connected to a sunny terrace with unbeatable sea views! Its situation is unimprovable, seeing that below 100 metres, we find supermarkets, an apotheke and restaurants. The train station is at about just 10 minutes walking, so it's not far! If you want to travel by train to Barcelona, there are 45 minutes from Cubelles to BCN, and you can catch a train every 30 minutes. You may want to go to Sitges; the ride will take you 15 minutes and moreover, you can also travel to Tarragona or Port Aventura! This will take you 1 hour more or less. Only remember that each train passes every 30 minutes!!! My apartment has a free parking available with enough space for a car. EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE • TV 42 " (inches), LED screen, high definition (HD). • Satellite ASTRA with interactive WI-FI, high definition (HD), you can browse a multitude of channels in multiple languages, and 8 channels of CANAL+. • Blue-ray DVD player. • WI -Fi high speed. • Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron , etc. Kitchen tools, saucepans, pots, dishes and all kind of cutleries (knives, forks and spoons). • Heating. • Washing machine • Linen and fresh towels for the required number of guests, and a hairdryer too. • Gel , shampoo , dish soap, toilet paper, etc. When you book we email you directions from the airport to the apartment from either the train or bus. Please note that a cleaning fee of €30 is charged separately and is payable when you check in. We promise to do all we can to make your stay a very pleasant and comfortable one. Oceanfront, 30 meters of beach, garden, direct exit to the sea

120m2 with parkin and elevator is even wider and more beautiful than what the pictures show. The direct exit independent the beach from the garden and its views of the Mar is a true luxury. Every detail has been thought out to make you feel in an oasis of tranquility and natural beauty. El apartamento está ubicado a segunda línea de playa, 50 metros del Paseo Marítimo de Cubelles. Hay muchos servicios, como comercios de alimentación, farmacia, panadería, bar. La Avenida de la playa está recién inaugurada, con bares, restaurantes, heladerías. Es ideal para pasear o ir en bicicleta. Estamos a 40 km de Barcelona, 45 km de Tarragona, 5 km de Sitges. Hay una estación del tren a 10 minutos andando del apartamento. La frecuencia hacia Barcelona es de 30 minutos Así que anímate!

Our cool and cozy two bedroom apartment has probably the best Mediterranean sea views in Cubelles. The space is perfect for a relaxing getaway, fitting up to 6 people comfortably. Just 45 mins away from Barcelona, it is located at the seafront in a quiet area and just a couple of meters away from restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The beautiful Foix river mouth can also be seen from the terrace. You'll definitely relax, disconnect and enjoy your time off at our place. Come stay with us!

Ideal 2 personas. Muy luminoso y tranquilo, con una gran terraza privada que tiene salida directa a la calle. La playa a tan sólo 5 minutos, es muy bonita, limpia y poco profunda, con un Paseo Marítimo muy largo, agradable, llano y con zonas naturales protegidas. También a 5 minutos caminando hay supermercados, panaderías, bazar chino, pescadería, farmacia, bares y restaurantes, estación de tren desde la que podrás visitar Vilanova i la Geltrú, Sitges, Barcelona, Tarragona y Port Aventura.

My apartment is a short walk from the beach, with all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, train, bus) within a 5-minute walk. Apartment with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, swimming pool and private parking perfect for its location and lighting. Perfect in a quiet area and 45 minutes from downtown Barcelona. The train station is a five-minute walk away, and buses are ten minutes away. I hope to host you!!! It will be a pleasure for me..... Everyone is welcome!!!

Get away from routine at this unique and relaxing stay. Penthouse with a large terrace, lift and underground parking. Only 200 metres from the beautiful beach of Cubelles, Paseo Maritimo with different restaurants, cafes and bars. Only 5 minutes from the Cubelles train station, 40km from Barcelona airport and 50km from the centre of Barcelona. The accommodation was completely renovated in June-July 2025.

Apartamento tranquilo y muy luminoso con un gran balcón con vistas al mar. A 50 m. de la playa y a 100 m. de la estación de tren. Dispone de un salón comedor y una habitación totalmente equipados para relajarse delante del mar. Gran paseo marítimo de 15 km. para pasear, hacer running, ir en bicicleta, disfrutar de restaurantes... Solo para uno o dos viajeros adultos.
