My house is a short walk from the beach, with all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, train, bus) within a 5-minute walk. Apartment with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, and private parking, perfect for its location and lighting. Perfect in a quiet area and 45 minutes from downtown Barcelona. Enjoy elegance and comfort in this wonderful spacious villa located in a very quiet area with ocean and mountain views.
