A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

This location is centrally located between Homosassa and Crystal River and is a convenient drive to visit Three Sister's Springs in Crystal River or enjoy dining or boating along the Homosassa River. This studio home offers one queen size bed, a pull-out sofa, and small kitchenette (Park Grill in backyard). The pull-out sofa would be comfortable for 1 adult or 2 children. Privately gated 1950s fishing cottages on beautiful Lake Hernando We have 5 cottages on the same property all of which share the lake area, fire pit, lounge chairs, hanging chairs and our boat dock. We have two dogs on the property; Moose a Doberman and Milo a Frenchie. Both are very friendly with all dogs/guest if you see them
