Hosts are long-time area residents who have owned and lived in this home for over 10 years. A directory of local shopping and restaurants is provided, along with complimentary wi-fi and cable TV. The home is in a unique and desirable location and offers easy access to village life and the beach from a quiet residential neighborhood. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Conveniently 5-10 Minutes walk to Pacific City Shopping Center, Pacific Coast Highway, on the sand, Downtown Main Street and Huntington Beach Pier. It has private entrance (front door and back door) with 1 reserved parking right at the back door. Peaceful place to stay, quiet neighborhood, total appr 250 sq ft .
