Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

The beautiful Villa Lara in the Mallorcan style offers you everything you need for a relaxing family holiday on 850m² of land. The ingrown property is in a cul-de-sac location in a villa area. You have a view of the Tramuntana mountains. Sa Pobla and Pollenca can be reached in a few minutes by car for shopping and a city stroll. The interior is the ideal balance of contemporary and traditional, with bespoke furnishings, exposed beam ceilings and Majorcan stone walls. It's only a short drive into Alcudia and Pollensa which are filled with both modern and traditional restaurants and shops.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
