You'll be close to Grove Lake's fishing, hunting, hiking, bait shop & trout rearing station, as well as Ashfall Fossil Beds State Historical Park. A small park, roping arena and Royal Bar & Grill are all within walking distance.

Verdigre - Parkside Cottage

Comfortable cottage in Verdigre, walking distance from downtown and all local businesses. Verdigre is a short drive to Ashfall Fossil Beds, Niobrara State Recreation Area, Grove Lake and endless outdoor adventures including hiking, hunting, fishing, and eagle watching. There’s a small deck on the park side where you can sit and enjoy the weather. There’s also a nice sized front porch to sit and relax on as well. This house is on the Kolace day parade route which is the 2nd weekend in June.

River View Escape

Enjoy your stay with family or friends in this river view, peaceful cottage. If you’re lucky, you may catch a view of a Bald Eagle soaring down the river. Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!

The Llama House-Norfolk

The Llama House-Norfolk is an adorable townhouse that has been updated from top to bottom. Bedrooms include a queen bed and two single beds and the living room has space for three additional sleepers. Kitchen includes all necessities and a fully stocked coffee bar. Location is in a quiet, updated neighborhood but located off a major through street that can quickly get you to anywhere in town! A great stay with the added fun of a scavenger hunt to locate all of our llamas!

Kinsmen lodge is located on the outskirts of Niobrara within view of the mighty Missouri River. We have a cabin duplex with each side a roomy 1000 square feet that can accommodate up to 6 guests. D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.
