NO CHILDREN, PETS, SMOKING, or COOKING (there is a microwave). Walking distance to rivers, antique stores, boutiques, restaurants, gardens, live theater, History Center, Tryon Palace, ancient graveyards, & trolley tours. Forty minutes to the beach, three blocks to the river, five minutes to the airport.

Enjoy your own private expansive sand beach right on the waterfront. Take a relaxing nap in our beach hammock or sit in one of our comfortable beach chairs with your toes in the sand and drink of choice in your hand. You also have use of a shared dock off to the side of the property.

Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check out 5:00pm Sundays only.
