Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

Its location is ideal for a holiday between lake and mountains: 850m from Messery beach, 5 minutes by car from the medieval village of Yvoire, 15 minutes from Thonon-les-Bains, 35 minutes from Geneva, 40 minutes from the nearest ski resort (Les Habères). The 271 bus stop for Geneva is at the foot of the building (35-40 min to Genève Rive).

Le Studio du Lac is located on the Domaine de Belle-ferme. Independent entrance, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a majestic 19th century building. The studio has a bathroom, an arranged kitchen, a warm seating area with its pellet stove as well as a beautiful space for your meals. For sunny days you can enjoy the private balcony. the apartment offers you a magnificent view of Lake Geneva as well as the Alps. Ability to visit the estate.

By prior arrangement, 1 paid parking space is available at the foot of the house. The charge is CHF 10/night. Payment must be made no later than the day of the Guest's arrival. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential and rural area, it enjoys a very quiet environment. Located in Loisin, France, a car is essential to get to the accommodation, and to travel around the region. NB: No TV, heating limited to 21°C.
