Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

This loft apartment inside my home has a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, bedroom with walk in dressing area. The property boast off street parking, With bus stops opposite the property and a shop 4 minute walk open until 10pm. A fantastic pub across the road and several takeaway places a short walk away!

We have the best of both worlds here - all the tranquility of the countryside with Highland Cows as our neighbours, foxes, pheasants and the occasional duck as our regular guests and ducks, geese and swans gracing our great lakeside view. Just 2 minutes from the M1, 5 minutes from Milton Keynes, 10 minutes from Woburn & 15 minutes from Bedford!

Studio annex with parking in Kempston

Our studio is built right on our house in a newly rebuilt garage conversion. The Studio is perfect for professionals or a couple for a short stay. The space is all open-plan including the bathroom as you can see on our professional pictures ;-) It has a shared entrance but is completely separate from the main house. There is space on the drive way for a car/van. For long term we provide discounts.
