Restored charming second floor of a 1926 Arts and Crafts Bungalow with private entrance and back gravel walkway to Columbia Street Landing river park for musical concerts, canoe/kayak launch and steps from incredible local restaurants and coffee shops. Two blocks to the Southern Hotel, the Trace and bike rentals. Original interior preserved with vintage built ins, window seats and 2 spacious bathrooms finished in period correct tile and marble.
