This is a spacious and cosy holiday home for up to 6 guests with Visit England Gold Awards for 2022-2023, 2023 - 2024 and 2024- 2025! On the first floor there is a superking bedroom with private shower and wc. On the ground floor there is a kingsize bedroom and also a twin bedroom. Here there is a downstairs family bathroom with a wc, shower and bathtub and a third additional downstairs toilet. The house is situated on a quiet street on the south side of the River Tees in Barnard Castle.

The Cottage sits near the banks of the River Tees and situated on the Teesdale Way and is a Gateway to Teesdale, Swaledale and Wensleydale. The historic market town of Barnard Castle is less than 15 minutes away. The Lake District National Park is around an hour away, as is the North Yorkshire National Park. From the front door, you can be walking either down stream towards Darlington, or upstream towards Barnard Castle and beyond, with some stunning scenery along the way.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the beautiful little hamlet. Cottage has got everything you need and king size bed is the most comfiest you would find anywhere. We got a lot of walking and cycle routes right next tonthe cottage. Newcastle City and Durham City is about 15 minutes from the property. Wear View Cottage

Share two cottages. Why not bring the whole family to Edge Knoll Farm, extended families too, with Witton View Cottage next door in the same courtyard you can book both cottages and extend your group to eight adults and two infants under two years old. Each cottage is fully accessible, both having a spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, and a cot & high chair. There is a patio area with table & chairs for relaxing and eating all fresco!

West Wing Stables is an 18th century listed outbuilding in the village of Hurworth. The Stables offers a quiet, cosy and relaxing one bedroom retreat with private parking and your own front door. Surrounded by mostly trees, we are lucky to be just a few steps away from the beautiful village green and country walks. In the village, there's an award-winning restaurant, coffee shops, a shop, pubs and the renowned Rockcliffe Spa Hotel just down the road.
