Second Bedroom Small, but bright and cozy (My friend described the experience of sleeping there as 'sleeping in a cloud') Double bed with high quality mattress and bedding. Underfloor heating, limestone floor. Lots of storage, and hanging space. There is an option to make the sofa in the living area into a single bed if guests would rather have their own sleeping space. Main bathroom With a very attractive green marble floor and brass fittings, a full bath and good shower. The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. We are perfectly situated for sports and concerts The Dart stops at the Aviva Stadium for Rugby, Concerts, and also for concerts in the 3 Arena
