Five acres of private space: terrace, BBQ area, swimming pool, fish basin & children's swing set. Accommodation is over two floors, with ample open-plan living area and kitchen on the ground floor. The house is surrounded by gardens and terraces and the infinity pool with sea view. You only have to cross the road down the house to access very pretty little beaches . Superbe petite villa de 53 mètres carré, avec 2 chambres, une salle de bain et cuisine ouverte. Profitez de la vue paradisiaque sur le jardin, de la terrasse privée de 25 mètres carré avec pergola et voile d’ombrage, et du chant des cigales, des oiseaux et parfois de la grenouille du bassin ! Cotignac est un village provençal réputé, à 1 heure d'Aix et de Marseille, des plages de la côte varoise ou de la côte bleue, et à 30 min. des gorges du Verdon et de ses lacs. English spoken.
