The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

My historic place is good for couples, solo travelers, friends. Departure from hiking trails, proximity to the landing beaches, total tranquility.It is recommended that you bring your bed linen, otherwise you can rent it. There is a double bed that can be separated (two 90X200 beds) or in A 180X200 bed, and 3 single beds (90x190). Wifi is possible . Private garden with terrace and barbecue. The cottage is voluntarily equipped soberly .
