Our apartment is independent. It is above our house, so you will have us close by for whatever you need. It consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. It has A/C, Wi-Fi, and everything you need to spend a few pleasant days in our city. The neighborhood is very quiet, an 8-minute walk to downtown, and has a city bus stop 100 meters away. Easy parking in the area. The beach area is a 5-minute drive.

Fully equipped apartment is located 5 minutes walk from Punta de Piedras beach, 10 minutes from Barrosa beach and 10 minutes from Puerto Sancti-Petri beach. Located in a residential area "Pueblo Marinero", with 3 pools, large gardens and is located next to a natural reserve in Costa Sancti-Petri. With 67 m² and a terrace of 10 m², it is ideal for families from 4 to 6 people but is not suitable for two families or groups of 6 adults, since it has only one bathroom.

Apartment with panoramic views of the city and the sea as well as La Caleta beach,it is located in a typical neighborhood of La Viña and very close to the historic center and the beach.The apartament is spacious,jumionosis,sunny,quied and comfortable for people with reduced mobility it has ample and comfortable,free parking for one car or five motos. IT is a few meters from caleta beach. It is also very close to restaurant,bars and supermarkets.

The internet connection is fiber optic (600Mb/s). The house is in a pine forest area and 100 meters from the beach. It is minimalist and very comfortable. To ensure accessibility, we arranged the main double bedroom with a 150cm bed with an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles) and a double bed.
