The architecture could become secondary, had it not been so thoroughly designed. Located in Arouca, Portugal, the Granary House was a labor of love and was the result of a rare opportunity to realise an absolutely special and unique project: a sumptuous green terrain overlooking a river, which becomes the perfect setting to relax and enjoy nature.

This is a unique space, with stunning views of the waterfall and surrounding nature. Ideal for a weekend of adventure! Come prepared for poor cellular network and slow Wi-Fi, as the location is isolated. On the other hand, the sound of nature takes on a fantastic dimension, with the river water and birds surrounding us completely. Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.

Casa da Quinta do Magriço is set in a 1-hectare space of manicured gardens and Port wine vineyards, where guests can stroll and enjoy the many romantic corners for rest or reading. It has an equipped kitchenette and breakfast is left at the house. All spaces are for the exclusive use of the two guests of the House.

Five minutes from the city center, just above the Castle of Guimarães, it rises from the X sec, the Casa de Margaride. This property was owned by Countess Mumadona Dias and is referred to in the medieval documentation as "Villa Margaridi", in a letter that dates from the year 1021. - The House of Margaride and its Garden is classified, by the Portuguese State, as a Heritage of Public Interest.
