This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. Beautiful and comfortable studio in a quiet area, excellently equipped to offer our guests a comfortable and pleasant holiday. It can also be the ideal place to relax or work remotely . The 45 m² space is excellently distributed to optimize space and is located on the fourth floor of the building (there is an elevator) with views of the Guaza mountain and the swimming pool. It is 5 minutes from the beach and a 10-minute drive from the tourist areas.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are true luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.
