Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

In the beautiful area of Costa Del Silencio, Arona, the apartment is located in a residential area with many services around it. There is a supermarket next to the apartment, open all day, so you will never miss anything for a pleasant stay. You will also find a variety of restaurants of all types of cuisine. Next to Las Galletas, walking next to the sea will be a comforting activity with many ideal spots to take pictures of the landscape. 15 minutes by car to Los Cristianos and South Airport.

Romantic apartment for four people in Golf del Sur, 5 minutes from the beach and the promenade with sea views. In Fairway Village, this apartment, located on the first floor with an independent entrance, offers an exceptional view of the Ocean and Teide. Modern paradise by the beach

The apartment is located in living complex Atlantico, which is in the heart of Costa del Silencio. 200mts to the beach. 300mts to bars, restaurants, supermarkets. The Closest Amarillo beach has blue water, nice chiringuito, lounge music and fantastic Mojitos. Mount Amarillo which is close to appartment, it is very famous for hiking. Las Galletas is 25min walk. Complex has a locked teritorry, 3 swimming pools, sun loungers, kids playground.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are true luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

Kick back and relax in this unique, quiet place. Torres Beach is a very charming and comfortable apartment in one of the best residential areas of Tenerife, as it has a large recreational pool where you can even swim due to its large size, as well as a children's pool and a beautiful beach bar in the center of it to enjoy beautiful sunny afternoons where you can have a good wine or cold beer.
