This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. In the beautiful area of Costa Del Silencio, Arona, the apartment is located in a residential area with many services around it. There is a supermarket next to the apartment, open all day, so you will never miss anything for a pleasant stay. You will also find a variety of restaurants of all types of cuisine. Next to Las Galletas, walking next to the sea will be a comforting activity with many ideal spots to take pictures of the landscape. 15 minutes by car to Los Cristianos and South Airport.

Enjoy your meals with unbeatable views. You'll be able to feel the sea. In the evenings you can sunbathe on the balcony. It is located in a very quiet complex with a large pool. Ideal for couples and teleworkers, as it has 100 Mb symmetric fiber. In one of the best locations in the complex. In other areas, you'll hear the noise from the pool or you'll have wind on the balcony. Not here. You'll only enjoy your tea with the best views. Close to a fishing village with a beach and promenade.

The flat has a living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bedroom, terrace and Wi-Fi. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Nice for two people traveling alone.

Beautiful and comfortable studio in a quiet area, excellently equipped to offer our guests a comfortable and pleasant holiday. It can also be the ideal place to relax or work remotely . The 45 m² space is excellently distributed to optimize space and is located on the fourth floor of the building (there is an elevator) with views of the Guaza mountain and the swimming pool. It is 5 minutes from the beach and a 10-minute drive from the tourist areas.

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are true luxury.
