Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The ocean is but a few steps away. Stress free and with salt water pools. The location for a relaxing and refreshing holiday. Located on the south coast of the island, on the first sea line of the tourist area called "Costa del Silencio", closed to the supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants with international cuisine, banks, bus stops, fish market, yacht club and beach. Tourist areas, water parks and night life are 20 minutes drive.

The airport of the south is to 12km and the sea to 10 mn on foot. The entrance is via the balcony up a spiral staircase. The kitchen is very basic but well equipped and overlooks the balcony with a view to the silence. It has a room without door with window, two beds, Smart TV and a closet. The bathroom has a bidet and a shower

Enjoy this one-bedroom apartment in a small development of just 6 properties, located in a very central area of the Costa del Silencio, with all amenities close at hand: restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops, and just 50 metres from the sea. The apartment does not have a pool but there is an apartment complex right next to it, where you can go to the pool by paying a Day Pass of 10 eur per person and discounts on drinks meals or at the Pool Bar.

The apartment is located in living complex Atlantico, which is in the heart of Costa del Silencio. 200mts to the beach. 300mts to bars, restaurants, supermarkets. The Closest Amarillo beach has blue water, nice chiringuito, lounge music and fantastic Mojitos. Mount Amarillo which is close to appartment, it is very famous for hiking. Las Galletas is 25min walk. Complex has a locked teritorry, 3 swimming pools, sun loungers, kids playground.
