This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

A charming apartment with a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean, in the popular Bahia Playa complex in Costa Calma, the area where the property is located is safe, enclosed, clean, with well-kept vegetation. Less than 100 m away, there is a 25 km stretch of the "Playa de Sotavento" beach with golden sands and the Atlantic Ocean with clean, turquoise water. The beach is accessed by a very convenient, private road, which is located inside the complex.
