The home is located on a quiet court (Balboa Court) in south Mission Beach, the best part of Mission Beach. It is close to attractions, yet typically a peaceful retreat from the crowds. The south-facing patio gets year-round sun.

Our bright and comfy one bedroom/ one bath beach cottage is the perfect place to enjoy Ocean Beach and San Diego. It is conveniently located three blocks down the street from the beach with a full kitchen, full bathroom and private courtyard. Free parking is provided. We've taken additional steps to reduce the spread of infection due to COVID-19 with enhanced deep cleaning, linens laundered on sanitary cycle, and providing sanitary wipes to guests.

Quiet neighborhood, short walk to ocean, yet centrally located for convenience, great dining and sight-seeing (The Zoo, Airport, Downtown/Gaslamp Quarter, La Jolla, Belmont Park, Little Italy). I use a professional cleaner who is aware of covid-19 needs.
