It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Lake view surrounding vineyards. Keep an eye on the sky while sitting on the porch and you may see a bald eagle. Don’t be surprised if a deer turkey. Fox etc wander through. No worries if there’s a power outage as all cabins have a backup generator that will turn on automatically.

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Comfortably sleeps 4 but lots of space on porch and plenty of room to pitch a tent if extra sleeping area was desired. There is an outhouse near the cabin. Large boulder fire pit, park style grill and picnic table for your enjoyment. Wild apple trees, blueberries and wildlife all around. 50 acre lake for fishing or paddling and trails for walking.
