Located in Corning’s historic Southside. This 121 yr old home was renovated in 2022. It is a 2 story 2BR 1 bath, with a dining room, living room and kitchen. The master BR has a King bed and walk in closet. The 2nd BR sits across the hallway and is smaller and has a full size bed. The bathroom was completely renovated it features a walk in shower with ample lighting. A separate XL studio apt is in the back of the home w/ a full bath, kitchen and bedrooms.
