Very spacious accommodation in a peaceful location on the edge of the Perche in the Perche Émeraudes in the heart of the Huisne Valley. Sleeps 4 with a large bedroom with dressing room and a double bed of 160 (2x80) or possible to separate the beds. A sofa bed for two in the living room. Outdoor terrace area and ample car park .

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.
