Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda.

U bent van harte welkom in ons stijlvolle, recent gerenoveerde gastenverblijf, onderdeel van een ruime Mid-Century Modern villa. Gelegen aan de rand van het charmante Corbigny, waar u alle voorzieningen binnen handbereik heeft. De omgeving is ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers: tussen het Regionaal Natuurpark Morvan en het schilderachtige Canal du Nivernais. Ook perfect gelegen op de pelgrimsroute naar Santiago de Compostela, met Vézelay als historisch vertrekpunt.

Village house

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. There are 3 bedrooms with comfortable bedding. For people who have trouble getting around there is a bedroom and a shower room in the ground floor. There is a folding bed and a high chair for the little ones. Located in a small village with all amenities 2.5km away. Nature lovers you can enjoy the Yonne at the end of the garden, the Canal du Nivernais 300 meters away for bike rides or walking.

This spacious, tastefully furnished apartment is located upstairs above my gallery in the city center of Lormes. Close to all amenities such as baker, caterer, restaurants, cafes etc. Ideal for a gourmet and / or cultural, natural / sporting getaway. All its activities are on site or near 30 km around. Gorges de Narveau, Saut de Gouloux, the great lakes of Morvan, Vauban's home in Bazoches, Vézelay with its cathedral. I am ready to welcome you.

5 minutes from all amenities. Rural atmosphere in this working farm, located between forest and canal. Take the time to walk, bike or horseback ride. Then rest; a master suite will welcome you: bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed (book for 3 people if you need sheets for the 2nd bed), private bathroom (linen provided). Fridge, microwave available. Dining area in a large greenhouse, views of nature. Rest and relaxation assured.

Escape for a moment into the Nièvre landscape

Chaumot is located 2.5 hours from Paris, 3 km from Corbigny, a small dynamic town with many shops, 2 supermarkets and restaurants, and a market on Friday. 300 m away, the Yonne and the canal with its marina. The apartment has panoramic views of the countryside and beautiful sunsets. Refurbished and functional. Capacity: 2 adults and 2 children max 13 years old, or 3 adults, (in the case of a 3rd adult a supplement of €15 will be requested.)

As part of a typical farm still in operation, at the gates of Morvan, between Corbigny and Lormes, close to the castles of Villemolin and Bazoches, not far from Vézelay, the lakes of Morvan, the ponds of Bonneau, Goulot, Baye, Vaux... 30 km from several cities and tourist places: Clamecy, Avallon, Château-Chinon, come and enjoy our charming farmhouse located in a quiet area for 4 people plus a baby. Private outdoor terrace and garden area.

An atmospheric quiet place to relax and recharge from today's busy life. We have converted the front house of our farm into an authentic gîte with all the comforts. There is plenty to do in the nearby area. Walks in nature (Grande Randonee) or old towns. Lakes and rivers. Wine routes and good food. Rent bicycles or canoes. Churches (Basilica of Vezelay) and Castles. Or relax reading a book on your terrace with great views.

Independent accommodation in a green setting

The Gué Maraud gîte, ideal for 2–3 people, has been completely renovated in 2023. It is located in a small detached house on the owners' property, in Morvan Park. Guests can enjoy a private terrace with beautiful views of the countryside or the many stars in our region, children's games and a covered and heated swimming pool in season (May-October). Breakfast basket delivered on request. Our animal friends are welcome.
