New construction so new stainless appliances, new furnishings, 1 king bed, 1 queen, and a twin area for kids! (Blow up beds available). Sleeps 6-8. Washer/dryer on each floor (2 levels), walk in closets, bamboo wood floors, jacuzzi tub/shower, dishwasher, all kitchen supply's, coffee pot, outdoor table for eating or coffee at sunset, deck by the water with fire pit, and more. Minutes from Oaklawn racing and shopping! A must see!

The house is in the Historic District. Just blocks away to hiking trails in State and National Parks. It's a short five-minute drive to Hot Springs National Park Bathhouse Row and downtown restaurants and shops. The house has 2 units that share the front porch only. They have separate entrances.
