Traditional Romanian villa near the beach

We would like to offer our guests the opportunity to stay in a traditional Romanian villa in the beach town of Constanta. The house was initially built in 1923 and we have renovated it freshly to be able to accommodate guests. It has 3 bedrooms on two floors and a common area which can be used as a dining room, office or as a fourth bedroom. The kitchen has been freshly refurbished. Two fridges and a BBQ are provided on-site. We speak English, German and Romanian and look forward to hosting you!

Relax in this calm and elegant space. Marsali Vila is a holiday home located on the Black Sea coast, in Constanta, 200 meters from the beach. It consists of a generous ground floor-living room, has an extendable sofa (160×200), fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (1/2). 1st floor, 2nd floor have one bedroom with double bed, dressing room and bathroom. Each level is equipped with air conditioning and TV. The property offers free sun loungers/umbrellas at Aloha beach in the immediate vicinity.

The house has 3 bedrooms of 16 sqm, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen and a courtyard of 60 sqm equipped with tables and barbecue. Guests live alone in the house and can use all the accessories in the house (oven, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV.
