This traditional house was built in 1928 on the cliff of the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon, which is part of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve, representing 20% ​​of its surface. In addition to the spectacular landscape that can be seen from the yard, the property extends to the waterfront where we have arranged a birdwatching hide for our guests from where they can observe the rich avifauna of the area. Here we have also built a small deck from which guests can fish or take rowing boat short trips.

Pereții sunt din piatră, ceea ce face ca temperatura să fie foarte placuta in orice moment al zilei. Acest corp de casă face parte dintr-o proprietate mai mare, cu încă două spații asemănătoare.
