Cottage with studio and great views

House with beautiful studio/living space, flooded with light and with lovely views. A master bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the main living area. A mezzanine area provides a further two single beds. A fully-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. It also has a lovely terrace and gardens. Situated just 500m ( 10 minute walk) from the Auberge de Chassignolles with its amazing restaurant. There is an additional 70 m² yoga/dance studio that can be rented separately.

Charming stone, wood and tile cottage, located in the countryside at an altitude of 700 m and easy access from the A89. Stunning views of the countryside and the Monts du Forez… Gite located on a plot of 1 hectare, surrounded by animals: cows, donkeys, sheep, goats. “Gite des Contes Amerindiens” with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room of 50 m2, a beautiful wooden terrace and a large garden. Furnished terrace and view of the river and gardens. 3 minutes from all amenities and activities for everyone. 10 min from Prades, its beach and granite rock formations, Chavagnac Lafayette, its castle and gardens; Lavoute Chilhac Natura 2000 site; 30 min from Puy en Velay, UNESCO World Heritage Site; 1 hour from the volcanoes of Auvergne and ski resorts. Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

This house with garden will offer you the atmosphere and charm of old country houses combined with the friendliness of the place. The Montager cottages are in a very quiet environment, overlooking the countryside and a nice starting point for walks in Chalencon by the postman's path, for mushroom picking, quad, motorcycle or mountain bike hikes... Part of the barn is usable for storing your bikes, motorcycles, quads. The enclosed garden is in the backyard with barbecue.
