Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

Host family w/ kids lives upstairs. Occasional noise, but kids are usually in bed by 9 & up no earlier than 7.

Come and relax in our calm, stylish guesthouse. You will be surrounded by an urban lavender farm with 300+ plants to enjoy! Quiet and homey private room located right near premiere Walnut Creek dining and entertainment. Entirely renovated and state of the art bathroom/bedroom nestled off a quiet and private drive. Single bedroom, queen size bed and private bathroom. The room is separated from the main house for complete privacy. Wifi, cable TV and other great amenities provided. My place is great for business travelers. It does not have shared facilities for laundry or cooking.

Newly remodeled studio in a cute safe town by the water. Located 45 minutes from San Francisco and 30 minutes from Napa. We are located in the Bay Area in the city of Benicia. It is a great location if you are planning to travel to Napa and San Francisco during your stay, since it sits right in between those two cities. It is located right on the Bay with a cute downtown area. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and things to do in the area as well!

Located at the junction of freeways 680, 580, and 24, this apartment is in a perfect location with covered parking to boot! It has a full kitchenette, an adjustable bed, and a smart TV. Enjoy the privacy and the surrounding oak trees as well as the easy access to everything the Bay Area has to offer!
