My space is on the lakefront with beach ,2 kayaks THAT CAN BE RENTED daily, to guests. We have a steam sauna that is available when you rent the whole house, that is, the 7 suites in total. Includes a gourmet space on the second floor, with a sink, barbecue, 2 burner wood stove,refrigerator, and table for up to 8 seats. Here you sleep listening to the break of the waves of Minas Gerias. Beautiful landscapes, restaurants, nightlife and activities for families, couples, solo adventurers.

The Casa da Paty, on the shores of the lake, about 1800m from the village of Lapinha, comfortably and privately accommodates 4 people in a suite and a bedroom and two bathrooms. In the big room we have two sofas where two more people can sleep. From it stands out a beautiful view composed of the lake that is at the gate of the property of 5.500m2 and the magnificent rugged relief of the famous Serra do Cipó in Minas Gerais. Kayaks included in the rental price are at guests' disposal.

With capacity for four people, two bedrooms, one suite and the other bedroom with double bed or two single beds, second bathroom on the first floor, full kitchen and exclusive leisure area with swimming pool and barbecue. We offer a desk for cleaning the chalets with a time scheduled by the guest and tours to waterfalls in the quadricycle region with professional guide supervision (value not included in the accommodation). We have Wi-fi. Bed and bath linens are provided.
