In 2021, Desengano State Park received the title of the first Dark Sky Park in Latin America, awarded by the International Dark Sky Association (IDA), making this area exceptional for the observation of a truly dark sky, with unforgettable starry nights. To make your stay even more special, the chalet features a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day immersed in nature, an outdoor fire pit with firewood provided, ideal for cozy evenings under the stars, and air conditioning in the main bedroom, ensuring comfort in any season. Beyond its natural beauty, the area also carries a strong historical heritage. Around 1840, one of the first coffee farms in the municipality — Quaretareto Farm — was established here. Santa Maria Madalena, one of the most prosperous cities in the region during the 19th century, was born from coffee cultivation, especially the traditional Yellow Coffee, an important part of the local identity. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful house in the Serra Macaense (Óleo/Glicério) with access to a waterfall. House with 4 bedrooms, including 3 en-suites and a bathroom for the outdoor area, a large living room with a reclining sofa, a kitchen, a barbecue area, a swimming pool, a dining table, a hammock, parking spaces for 6 cars, Wi-Fi, and a TV with Sky in the leisure area and in the living room, among other features. Good location and all kinds of shops within walking distance.

Super cozy, spacious house with 5 bedrooms (3 of which are en-suites), a gourmet area overlooking the river, pergola and shower. The house is already equipped with kitchen items (stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer). In the gourmet area we have a barbecue and a cooktop. The Sana River passes through our yard and is excellent for bathing. The house is just 4 km from downtown Arraial do Sana.
