Nice House – Beachfront

TY ROUZ is a house ideally located facing the sea in a neighborhood much appreciated for the tranquility that reigns there. The big PLUS (the bedding is excellent quality) It is located 8 minutes walk from the ferry (boat) with which you can reach the closed city in a few minutes. The coastal path will take you to the most beautiful walks of Concarneau, intimate beaches and small coves, as well as the Bois du Porzou. You can reach the convenience store and fishmonger within a 5-minute walk.

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Charming fisherman's house in Menzao (standing stone) 2.5km from the beaches between Concarneau and Pont Aven, quiet... A living room with a kitchenette open to the living room, a shower room, a separate toilet, a mezzanine bedroom, accessible by a small staircase, and the possibility of a second bed in a sofa bed. 100 m² garden with terrace, partially fenced. This pretty single storey house will certainly seduce you with its proximity to beaches, coastal paths and shops.(5 minutes by car). You will find a nice quiet terrace with a small garden.
