Vaulted accommodation with private courtyard in Cabrières

120 m2 vaulted apartment composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, 2 large adjoining bedrooms, with bathroom and shower room (each with toilet) and a private courtyard. Located in the heart of a village on the edge of the garrigues, close to the Pont du Gard (15 minutes from Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV station, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 25 minutes from Uzès, 45 minutes from the Camargue and beaches). Access to the owners' pool from early May to late September.

You will be less than 30 minutes from Avignon, Arles, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence; Les Baux-de-Provence, the Alpilles, Nîmes or Pont du Gard. Just beyond Uzès, the beaches of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer (allow 55 minutes) or the Luberon.

The swimming pool (4x8m) is south facing. The villa is nestled in a very peaceful cul-de-sac where birds and cicadas sing.

Le Pigeonnier is a single-storey dwelling independent of the farmhouse with a bathroom equipped with an Italian shower, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen-dining room, a beautiful vaulted room, an old hunting lounge and a veranda.
