The subdivision is located one block from the kiosk store, and two blocks from all kinds of shops, 10 minutes from the historic center, near the FORUM shopping plaza, 30 minutes from La Laguna de Santa María del Oro, 30 minutes from Puerto de San Blas. It is a 3-story accommodation; the first floor has an electric garage for one car, a half bathroom, a kitchenette, a double sofa bed and a light cube. On the second floor are the two bedrooms, each with its own king size bed and full bathroom. On the third floor there is a laundry room, a half bathroom and a terrace where you can appreciate the spectacular Cerro la Cruz and the emblematic Cathedral.
