The house is well lit, with the facade facing south and the back to the northeast, having good ventilation with a breeze in summer. The decor is rustic, the floors are made of clay, and there is underfloor heating, so you can walk around barefoot. It makes the house very cozy. Very charming villa with a nice and spacious garden

It is a beautiful, charming and cozy stone and wood house, ideal to forget about the daily tensions of the city. It is very well equipped and well maintained. It has a stately garden in the front, very nice and independent. The house has 4 rooms facing the outside, with lots of light, and two separate bathrooms. A living room with a stone fireplace and a large window with beautiful mountain views. In the back, there is a large wooden porch for spending time together.
