Beautiful Room with private bathroom in modern and fully renovated apartment. All main sights are right at your doorstep! 2 min walk from Plaza Mayor. Puerta del Sol can be reached within 6 min walk, also Metro and Train are very close from it. Very bright, spacious, with brand new furniture and appliances. Lovely home with a view in Chinchón

The upper part of Casa Luz is ideal for two couples with two bedrooms, one on the access floor and another on an upstairs floor with exposed beams. With top quality beds (160x200cm) sharing bathroom with shower. The house has an integrated living-dining kitchen overlooking Chinchón Castle from an antique balcony. The property has natural gas heating (radiators) and air conditioning. In the cobbled garden is a dining table under a walnut tree and other garden furniture.

You are going to stay in our home which we occasionally rent when we are not on the floor. You will enjoy the house just for you, in the middle of Madrid where you can walk to the main tourist sites. It is a very comfortable, modern and fully equipped apartment. You will have access to fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, air conditioning in living room and fans in rooms. A third room is kept closed to keep our belongings.
