Maison de vacances ,construite en 1977. Bien entretenue. Elle offre un joli jardin avec une vue dégagée sur le village de Belmont sur Rance en contre bas. Elle est exposée Sud Est. La maison peut recevoir jusqu'à 5 personnes aisément. J'ouvre les chambres en fonction du nombre de voyageurs. Les chambres se trouvent à l'étage. La cuisine, wc, salle de bain, salon et séjour en rez de jardin. Il y à 2 terrasses couvertes, dont une avec barbecue, plancha et tout les meubles de jardin nécessaire.

After renovating the castle of Candeze dating from 1480, located in one of the most beautiful villages in France, we rehabilitated the lower part of the castle, to make it an apartment of 100 m2 with private access on one of the most beautiful streets of this medieval village. Calm,rest,freshness awaits you at the interior or ancient paving, stone vault,old doors, antique furniture create the decor. Spacious apartment with a large family room. You will have access to a large adjoining park.

Welcome home

I am located in the heart of Belmont, at the end of an enclosed garden. I have a garage on the ground floor, you will love my kitchen-dining room-living room on the ground floor. On the 1st floor you will find my large master suite, the games room and the bathroom and finally the space dedicated to children on the 2nd floor. You will appreciate the proximity to the shops and facilities of the village (grocery store, bakery, restaurants, swimming pool, health course, city stadium...).

La cabane

For nature lovers, treat yourself to a unique stay in our treehouse nestled among the trees. Alone or as a couple, come and recharge your batteries between forest and valley. The tree house is in an intimate corner of our farm where we live. It will offer you comfort and autonomy. A small cabin with shower and dry toilet is located at the foot of the tree house. Breakfast and aperitif tray can be arranged. We are available to answer any question you may have. See you soon!

Nice stone house in a small village in the south of Aveyron (Esplas de Rebourguil). On the ground floor: dining room, living room (sofa bed, TV), separate kitchen and bathroom. On a half level: bedroom equipped with a 140 cm bed and a small 90 cm bed. On the first floor in the mezzanine: a 140 cm bed and a sofa bed. Terrace equipped with a garden table. Parking available. Land adjoining the house. Village close to tourist attractions (Roquefort, Albi...).

At Federico and Pierre's: The straw house

Small 27 m2 house, perched among the trees in a quiet setting. To access it, you will need to walk on a path for 200 m up a steep hill. The house includes a living room with sofa bed, kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom with dry toilet. Breakfast not included but we offer homemade meals. Max power is 800W: check your devices before coming. We communicate exclusively via messaging/email, the phone does not get here.
