Country house on 2 levels, not overlooked, located in a hamlet of an old authentic village in the south of Aveyron between Albi and Millau The vacation rental consists of a covered outdoor summer kitchen, a terrace on the same level as the entrance hall, a bathroom (shower and sink), separate toilet, and a 16 m2 bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and a 120 x 190 bed. Upstairs, there is a 28 m2 living room with a kitchen area, a seating area, and a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed.

I am located in the heart of Belmont, at the end of an enclosed garden. I have a garage on the ground floor, you will love my kitchen-dining room-living room on the ground floor. On the 1st floor you will find my large master suite, the games room and the bathroom and finally the space dedicated to children on the 2nd floor. Holiday home, built in 1977. Well maintained. It offers a lovely garden with unobstructed views of the village of Belmont sur Rance below. It is exposed to the Southeast. The house can easily accommodate up to 5 people. I open the rooms depending on the number of guests. Bedrooms are upstairs. Kitchen, toilet, bathroom, living room and living room on the ground floor. Small 27 m2 house, perched among the trees in a quiet setting. To access it, you will need to walk on a path for 200 m up a steep hill. The house includes a living room with sofa bed, kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom with dry toilet. Breakfast not included but we offer homemade meals. Max power is 800W: check your devices before coming. We communicate exclusively via messaging/email, the phone does not get here.
