La Colònia és un petit poble de pescadors, tranquil i allunyat del turisme, ideal per a relaxar-se. Encara es pot comprar peix fresc directament de la barca. This beautiful apartment is located at just 50 meters from the beach. The property stands out by a spacious and bright dining room with air conditioning and heating system. It has a sofa bed and a work table with direct access to the outside terrace, furnished and covered. The bedroom has a double bed (possible to separate into two single beds), a large wardrobe and a large window with access to the terrace. It has a complete bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped.

Beautiful open plan house with garden and multiple atmospheres and warm light design, located inside Colonia de Sant Pere village in the Llevant Natural Park. A stunning scape to enjoy the summer and/or work remotely. Enjoy the wonderful surroundings any time of the year. Very close to the town centre and the sea and promenade. Nice views from the different house terraces, to village and sunset and to sunrise and mountains and sea, and a lounge area for yoga, pilates, meditation and reading.
