The old mill

Old oil mill turned dwelling house at the entrance to the village. Independent house with enclosed courtyard, 38m2 terrace and 40m2 sheltered garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room and terrace, living room and toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with dressing room as well as a bathroom (Italian shower and 150 bathtub) + wc. On the top floor, the renovated attic offers a large space with 2 single beds.

In Ardèche Verte, 1.5 km from the Dolce Via cycle path and a 5-minute walk to the Retourtour waterbody, offers a traditional house with wooded land. Come and enjoy the summer (swimming, cycling, hiking, visiting a village with character...) Possibility of renting a VTC by reservation. 1.5 KM away, Lamastre (shops, pharmacy, tourist office...) 2 markets: Tuesday and Saturday (local market). Also the Chambre des Mystères, the Mastrou, the Kaopa café...

Le Refuge du Loir

Small mountain house located at an altitude of 86O meters in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and sunshine and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative reviews about the path, we specify that it is a bumpy path but passable by car!

Refurbished 50 m² apartment! Nice, welcoming, you can fully enjoy and relax with its spa and outdoor pool (in high season and heated if the need arises only for a certain period). Our pinball machine dates from 1975, it can be temperamental. We therefore do not guarantee proper operation (please contact us if this is the purpose of your booking). Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
