On the edge of the forest with fitness trail nearby, at the start of many mid-mountain hiking trails. Parking space. Close to amenities, 5 minutes' walk to the train station on the TMR Martigny – Chamonix line. Marécottes Zoo and swimming pool are 10 minutes away. In winter, free shuttle to Télémarécottes. We are located 5 mins from the "leysin village" train station by foot . **IMPORTANT**No parking space onsite included with reservation. **FREE Parking** at the railway station opposite the platform(300m) or chemin de l'ancienne forge(350m) - not guaranteed especially during high season however all previous guests found something.

Welcome to our spacious sunny 3.5 room apartment. The 13 m2 terrace faces south, and offers breathtaking views of the Vaud Alps. It is fully furnished and can accommodate up to 5 people. Ideally located, the apartment is very close to shops and restaurants. The village center is a 5-minute walk away and a free bus is available to take you, in 3 minutes, to the cable car. A rack railway connects Leysin to Aigle.

The apartment is conveniently located in the center of the village in a quiet residence, a few minutes' walk from shops, entertainment and the Super Chatel cable car. It is perfect for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 people (sofa bed). Please note: linens are not provided (bed sheets, towels, tea towels). Cleaning is to be done before your departure. Covered but narrow parking space (2.20 m wide max).
