Charming Holiday Home located in the authentic Sicilian village of Collesano. Collesano is located just a few kilometers from the stunning green mountain views of the Madonie Mountains, the seaside and town of Cefalu, as well as close proximity to Palermo. Secure and safe parking available. Large Terrace with panoramic views to enjoy daily coffee/meals while taking in the landscape. Air Conditioner only in the main bedroom with Queen size bed. The other 2 bedrooms only have a portable fan.

The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor

Tiny house at Le Madonie National Park

Collesano is a cute small town with genuine local restaurants and warm people nestled in the mountains at Le Madonie Natural Park and really close to Cefalù. The perfect getaway off the beaten track, away from all the touristic hustle but close enough to visit all historical and natural spots, you won't find a gem like this in northern Sicily where you can actually park next to the house. I have personally chosen this village after a motorcycle trip around Sicily from Malta.

Biancospino is a unit on the ground floor, also accessible to people with mobility difficulties, two bedrooms, living room and bathroom with shower. There is no kitchen inside: for all needs you can enjoy the kitchen of the adjacent restaurant (for a fee, with modest prices).

Nice hiking trails are in the mountains nearby and by car you can reach the sea in about 20 minutes. Here you can enjoy the genuine Sicily without tourism with fantastic food, nature and atmosphere.
