Lovely 2 bedroom annexe close to Newbury

Self contained annexe in Ashmore Green. Quiet, rural setting but just 10 mins from Newbury (town & racecourse). The surrounding countryside has many walks to enjoy and picturesque, quintessential English villages with wonderful pubs to stop at for lunch. We are also close to Highclere Castle, home of Downton Abbey plus a number of National Trust properties including Basildon Park. For families, we are a couple of miles from Bucklebury Farm Park and 15 mins from 4 Kingdoms Adventure Park.

A Perfect Pad in Pangbourne!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.
