We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Townhouse ideally located in Cognac. In a very quiet area, 8 minutes walk from Place François 1er, Jardin Public (where Festival Cognac Blues Passion takes place)or the Cognac Festival site. Free street parking is available. The house has a very cozy exterior without any vis-à-vis where you can quietly have lunch and dinner on the terrace or cool off in the pool in summer (2m X 2m x 0.64m). Towels and linens provided.

I provide you with a new accommodation of 50m² adjoining my house, but totally independent. Guests can enjoy the heated family swimming pool from May to October.
