Very nice townhouse overlooking the railway track (regional trains only) 10 min walk to the train station and 20 min to the city center (shops, Cognac houses...) Completely renovated recently. Box with Wi-Fi Very bright with large living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a futon for 1 child's bed (possibility of sleeping a baby: folding bed and sheet provided) Shower room and separate toilet. Reversible air conditioning on the ground floor. Easy street parking. No outside.
