We are on Santa Tereza beach, inside the condominium in Morro de Santa Tereza, a gated condominium with 24-hour security next to the Yacht Club Ilhabela, in the prime area. Newly renovated full cottage with equipped kitchen, new refrigerator, inverter air-conditioning, Nespresso, double bed and 2 single mattresses, a sofa bed, bathroom and television. We are in a great location close to restaurants, bars and shops (1 km/4-min drive from the village) and 800 meters from the nearest beach. Parking space in front of the chalet.

The sea is calm (ideal for children) and in the corner of the beach there is a natural pool where you can interact with little fish. The chalet is a single-story building and perfect for couples, families, the elderly and people with reduced mobility. The beach has a good kiosk structure. Access to the beach is easy, via an 8 km parallel paved road.

The cottage has a private yard, which has a barbecue area. 900 meters from the beach, approximately 11 minutes on foot. The chalet has fiber internet.

Nani Nui 1 Chalets - Close to beach and waterfall

Chalet located on Lagoinha Beach. It is just 1 km from the beach, with easy access by paved road, close to the ruins of the lagoon, waterfall and market. We are inside the Recanto Verde Mar condominium, with exclusive access to Cocanha beach. The cottages are complete with 50 m² each. They have a parking space, laundry area and individual barbecue and are super cozy. Comportam well up to 5 pax. We also have an outdoor social area with tables with a sunshade, a game room and a children's playground. Note: We do not provide bed linen, bath towels and pillows.
