Spacious 500 square ft. guest suite, five steps down from private at- grade garden entry, within our beautiful 1904 Dutch colonial on a quiet street in lovely Alameda. The space has standard 8ft ceilings, plenty of natural light with 6 full size windows and a patio space in our lovely garden. Amenities include Roku TV, kitchenette appliances but not a full kitchen. The Queen bed and the full size sofa bed can sleep a family of 4. Easy walk to public transit, restaurants, shops and parks.

The space has a memory foam king-sized bed, comfortable lounging chair, and eat/work area. Please note that there is a steep step down to access the space. We are walking distance to the Fruitvale Bart station, excellent local eats, and grocery stores.
