Situated on a hillside overlooking the historic St. Ann’s bay, the Old Trail cabin is conveniently located just 5.5km from the start of the Cabot trail and the Gaelic College. A great spot to start or finish your Cabot Trail adventures! The cabin is designed to feel as open and airy as possible for a small space. The bedroom has a queen bed and the loft has a single bed. Kitchenette has coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge and microwave. All amenities needed are only 15 mins away in Baddeck.

Boat House - Tiny House Oceanfront Resort

Step into the Boat House, a beautifully crafted tiny home designed like the warm hull of a boat, with wood beams and ocean views. Enjoy a cozy living space, full kitchen, high speed internet and bathroom. There are two lofts, a primary with a queen bed, accessed by a hand crafted staircase, and a second with a double bed accessed by ladder. Communal washrooms and a shower are located in a separate building; there is also an area for washing dishes. The facility is off the power grid, so solar power is used for lightning. Welcome to this 2-bedrooom ocean-side, vacation home packed full of modern-day comforts and located within 5 minutes drive of the restaurants, shops and fisherman's dock of the Acadian village of Cheticamp. Enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic ocean, Cape Breton's rugged coastline and spectacular sunsets from every room. Kindly note that children must be 8 years or older to stay, pets are not permitted and maximum occupancy is 4 persons.

Cottage 3 has been recently renovated inside and out. New bathroom, upgraded kitchen, and a queen bed with a luxury Logan & Cove mattress. The cottage also has a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space. Check in is anytime after 3pm. Check out is 11am.
